How much time do I have to bring a lawsuit?

This is a really good question because you have to wait to determine if you have a serious injury. Now if you fracture something at the scene, you know you have a serious injury right off the bat, so once we have your medical reports, we can bring a lawsuit. If, however, you have what’s called a soft tissue injury, your neck hurts, your back hurts, your shoulder, your knee, you’re going to have to wait to get your treatment and to get your MRI to see if there’s a positive result on that MRI in order to determine if we can bring a lawsuit. If we can’t bring a lawsuit, then we handle the no fault for you and you don’t have to pay us. If we can bring a lawsuit and we get you money, then we would get paid.
