Well, yes, in a way. However, a lawsuit goes against the other driver and the insurance company picks up the defense of that other driver. So really, you’re suing a person, but anyone who purchases insurance in the state of New York is getting the protection of their insurance company should they be sued in a lawsuit. It would be different adjustors. So in other words, if you hit me in the rear and I have Geico and you have Geico, it’s going to be two different Geico adjustors, and they’re going to be dealing with each other. It would make it easier because they know they’re going to pay no matter what.
